By using our services, you acknowledge and understand that: My Bill Pay Online is an independent third-party service, we are not your telecom or service provider, we act as an authorized payment facilitator, our agents will identify themselves as third-party representatives, and a service fee may apply for payment processing assistance.
A service fee may be charged for payment processing and billing support services. All applicable fees will be clearly disclosed to you verbally by our agent before any payment is processed. You will have the opportunity to accept or decline the service before any charges are applied.
All payments are processed through PCI-compliant payment systems. By authorizing a payment through our service, you confirm that you are the account holder or are authorized to make payments on the account. We are not responsible for payments applied to incorrect accounts due to incorrect information provided by the caller.
While we facilitate bill payments and provide billing support, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes with your service provider, including but not limited to: service restoration, fee waivers, plan changes, or dispute resolutions that require direct provider authorization.
Calls to our service line may be recorded for quality assurance, training, and compliance purposes. By calling our service line, you consent to the recording of your call.
My Bill Pay Online shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the service fee paid for the specific transaction in question.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
